The Oregon Health Authority is battling headwinds over new rules requiring the state's coordinated organizations use a portion of Oregon Health Plan revenue to fund social determinants of health.
With eligibility checks on Oregon Health Plan members expected to resume as soon as January, the state wants to slow down the process and increase outreach.
