Cover All People, a new program intended to combat disparities and improve health, will make the Oregon Health Plan open to people regardless of their immigration status starting July 1, 2022.
With eligibility checks on Oregon Health Plan members expected to resume as soon as January, the state wants to slow down the process and increase outreach.
