James Toews to Brief Legislators on ‘Money Follows Person’

October 27, 2010 -- While a multi-level investigation is still under way by the Oregon Department of Justice into the Money Follows the Person program, James Toews acknowledged that his staff is in the process of compiling financial information to submit to the federal government.  

Hospitals Unlikely to Put Mistakes in Writing

February 11, 2010 -- Despite a concerted effort by the Oregon Patient Safety Commission, Oregon hospitals are falling short in providing written notice to patients that a mistake occurred within their facility.
