PORTLAND, Ore.— Northwest Health Foundation (NWHF) has awarded $750 thousand ($750,000) in grant funds to 25 communities in Oregon and Southwest Washington as part of its Healthy Beginnings+Healthy Communities Initiative (HB+HC).
