September 16, 2009 -- Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) today announced the hiring of Lawrence E. Revill as OHSU’s new Chief Financial Officer.

Revill has nearly 20 years of experience in an academic health center setting, serving in a variety of finance capacities at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, since 1991, including vice president of finance and chief financial officer since 1999.

Bryan Boehringer has become the policy and government affairs director for the Oregon Medical Association. Since 1998 he worked in the government affairs department at Oregon Health & Science University, rising through the ranks from government relations associate to government and community relations director in 2005. In his new role, he will direct the federal and state-level advocacy efforts of the OMA, and lead the government affairs staff.
