The Finance Director is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions of the Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health (SWACH) including: the administration of the organization’s financial policies and the development of new policies; development of organizational and programmatic budgets, financial statement preparation, Federal and state grant invoicing and reporting, liaising with the fiscal portal and financial executor for Medicaid Transformation payments; maintenance of the general ledger, cash management; supervising accounts payable/receivable; and other general accounting and administrative functions.
