The OOPA Executive Director (ED) manages all aspects of OOPA operations, events and activities. The ED is accountable to a volunteer Board of Directors, and responsible for OOPA staff and volunteers. It is the ED’s responsibility to delegate tasks, but they do not have the accountability to ensure all tasks are done well. The ED is responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest integrity, productivity and management standards
