The Oregon Primary Care Association is a small, cutting edge, non-profit healthcare membership organization. They seeks a passionate and effective Policy Manager to ensure that OPCA's members are well represented with state and federal policymakers and officials, and to organize and advocate for community health centers (CHCs) and the vulnerable populations they serve. The Policy Manager is responsible for the implementation of key state and federal health policy and advocacy efforts, providing outreach to and engagement with CHC leaders. S/he reports to the State and Federal Policy Director and works with OPCA staff and members to develop and implement strategies that advance OPCA’s mission of transforming primary care to achieve health equity for all.
