About the Role
We’re seeking a compassionate, licensed Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our outpatient treatment team serving individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. In this vital role, you'll provide direct clinical services, including assessment and short-term therapy, while supervising and mentoring graduate-level interns working toward licensure. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone passionate about integrated behavioral health care and clinician development.
What You’ll Do
* Provide in-person and telehealth mental health therapy to patients and their families
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, including mental status exams, biopsychosocial evaluations, and healthcare professional evaluations
* Deliver individual, group, and family therapy services
* Supervise and mentor interns pursuing licensure in accordance with OAR rules and university affiliation agreements
* Maintain regular communication with affiliated universities and complete intern evaluations
* Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care across departments
* Document clinical services and therapeutic interactions accurately and thoroughly
* Offer crisis intervention, consultation, and high-risk case support as needed
* Uphold ethical standards consistent with ACA or the applicable licensing board
* Support training compliance through participation in annual LMS/Relias trainings

Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Master’s degree in a social science or behavioral health field
* Active Oregon licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (required)
* CADC-I, II, or III strongly preferred
* Experience supervising pre-licensed interns and understanding licensure requirements
* Clinical expertise with DSM-5 and ASAM criteria
* Strong crisis intervention and risk assessment skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
* Proficiency in documentation and EHR systems
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., standing, stairs, repeated motions)
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (Serenity Lane is a Cannabis THC-free workplace)
