The QMHP therapist position provides dual diagnosis enhanced services using stage-of-change specific interventions with individualized outcomes focusing on reducing mental health and substance abuse symptoms.

Crisis Services Supervisor
Lane County Behavioral Health is looking for a dynamic individual to join our behavioral health leadership team as the Crisis Services Supervisor. This person offers oversight of services and support for our Crisis Services Team (CST) which was created to better serve individuals in behavioral health crisis across our county. This skilled supervisor participates in program development and maintenance, as well as collaboration with community partners primarily those in the law enforcement and emergency services systems.

Mental Health Therapist (Community-Based)
The Mental Health Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to children and their families in their home, school or other community settings. Community-based Mental Health Therapists provide shorter term mental health stabilization services in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of case managers, skills trainers and psychiatric providers. Provide case management and consultation with PCPs, schools, ODHS Child Welfare and Self Sufficiency programs, and other community partners. Some evening hours will be required.
