Senior Executive Assistant & Board Administrator
Willamette Health Council is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant & Board Administrator who will provide high-level administrative support to the WHC's Executive Director (ED), Deputy Director (DD), and the Board of Directors. This position requires a professional who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines. The role involves significant interaction with executive leadership and requires maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

ACT Team Lead
The ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical oversight, direction, and leadership to the ACT team while also delivering at least 50% of direct services to ACT clients. The ACT Supervisor will promote mental health recovery through integrated outpatient services, tailored to the medical necessity of each client. The ACT team’s approach focuses on promoting recovery, resiliency, wellness, independence, and safety for individuals receiving addiction and mental health services and support.

Clinical Mental Health Supervisor
The Clinical Mental Health Supervisor provides clinical administration and management to our mental health services program for children and their families; clinical supervision of mental health therapists and skills trainers. This position assists the Clinical Manager with the intake process and case assignments, provides direct clinical services to clients, and provides consultation on all administrative and clinical aspects of mental health services.
