Southwest Oregon IPA is looking for an entry level Data Analyst. Plan, organize, and finalize projects in collaboration with the Data Analytics Manager, the Decision Support Team, and members of the Leadership Team. This position is responsible for querying, filtering, summarizing, and reporting information obtained for a variety of sources including quality support, grant support, decision support, operational and financial support. Analyze health care data from conceptualization through presentation.

Share responsibility for achieving the Triple Aim of health care reform: member engagement and satisfaction, improving quality of care, and managing costs by focusing on the "member" by "doing what is right" and "thinking." All duties are performed in compliance with organization’s policies and procedure, contractual obligations, and within federal and state laws and guideline including HIPAA, OSHA, and Waste Fraud and Abuse regulations.
