Sequoia Mental Health Services (SMHS) in Beaverton is dedicated to providing assistance to people with psychiatric, emotional and developmental impairments. The support provided is aimed at maximizing self-sufficiency and productivity and offered with compassion, integrity and a profound respect for each individual’s strengths. At SMHS their goal is to surround the people we serve with a community that will engage, support and encourage them.

They need a Medical Director/Licensed Medical Provider. The LMP provides services to adults with severe and persistent mental disorders as well as people with addictions and with non-disabling mental health issues. The LMP provides general psychiatric medication evaluation, medication management and dispensing of psychiatric medications. The LMP has the overall responsibility for establishing medical practice and productivity standards that are in compliance with the Oregon Administrative Rules.
