They are currently seeking a Manager, Provider Network Relations & Development who will oversee the following functions/departments: Provider Services, Provider Network Development and Provider Relations. This role aids in formulating and administering provider related organizational policies and procedures. They will work with FamilyCare’s Contracts Department in ensuring adequate provider network to meet member needs and regulatory requirements. They work with the Provider Relations Team to ensure effective customer services including phone, mail, and face-to-face provider engagement. The Manager, Provider Network Relations & Development is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the provider community in order to enhance provider satisfaction. They collaborate in the development, implementation, and management of the organization’s quality initiatives and other activities/ projects in coordination with the organization’s Quality, Utilization Management and Care Management departments.
