They work with the Provider Relations Team to ensure effective customer services including phone, mail, and face-to-face provider engagement. The Manager, Provider Network Relations & Development is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the provider community in order to enhance provider satisfaction. They collaborate in the development, implementation, and management of the organization’s quality initiatives and other activities/ projects in coordination with the organization’s Quality, Utilization Management and Care Management departments.
