We operate multiple mission-driven programs, which include the Patient Safety Reporting Program, Early Discussion and Resolution, and various quality improvement initiatives. OPSC’s semi-independent status gives the organization access to resources while allowing it to approach the work from a nimble, non-regulatory standpoint. OPSC prides itself on having a grassroots foundation and history of innovation. The Oregon Patient Safety Commission (OPSC) seeks to advance, support, and encourage patient safety in Oregon They are seeking an Executive Director. “You will lead a team of dedicated, mission-focused, and technically trained staff. Your exceptional leadership and management skills will ensure that OPSC effectively fulfills its mission, working collaboratively within the organization and with dozens of partners. Your sharp skills in team building, legislative advocacy, equity and inclusion, and operational management will strengthen OPSC and see the organization through an expected period of exciting growth.
