Northwest Human Services has been providing residents of Marion and Polk counties with comprehensive medical, dental, mental health and social services for over 45 years. Their programs are integrated and designed to maximize support for those who need it most - the homeless, low income families, uninsured individuals, and migrant workers. They offer medical, dental and mental health services on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. No one is turned away due to their inability to pay. They are seeking a QuickCare Provider to join their team. This position will serve as the primary QuickCare provider for a provider group of 15; covering predominantly same day urgent and acute care needs and occasional management of chronic conditions for which same day access to a medical provider is necessary.
