The mission of the Multnomah Education Service District-School Health Services Department is “to ensure the health and safety of students by providing the highest standard of nursing care in the school and community setting so that students are given the opportunity to achieve their educational potential.” Currently they are hiring for two Nursing Supervisor positions. The region encompasses eight urban school districts and a diverse population of 100K+ students. Department leadership includes a Director, Coordinator, and six nursing supervisors, a team of Lead nurses in partnership with 150+ staff, including a School Health Specialist and Employee Wellness Coordinator.
