Recently Dr. Samuel Metz donated $1,000 to The Lund Report because he believes investigative journalism is in danger. “What we call a ‘free press’ is not always free – it is primarily driven by advertisers. I want The Lund Report to be free of the financial interests of advertisers,” he told us. “Freedom isn’t free. Neither is a free press. They require ongoing vigilance and, in this case, our money.
