They are a nationally recognized primary care organization based in Portland, Oregon delivering both community primary care as well as employer-sponsored primary care services. Their business office is looking for a Senior Medical Biller & Coder to work closely with clinicians to audit chart notes, provide feedback, and to educate. They also require insurance collection and appeals. You will also represent our clinic with excellent customer service to patients/members. As a Certified Coder on our Revenue Cycle Team you will ensure appropriate, current and specific codes are used on all claims and that all claims are in compliance with all medical coding laws and regulations. You will have a strong working knowledge of primary care CPT and ICD-10 coding as well as a working knowledge of HCC codes, RAF scores, and Medicare Wellness exams as needed.
