The forum gets underway at 7 a.m. at the Multnomah Athletic Club, located at 1849 SW Salmon.

- Dr. Samuel Metz, Oregon Physicians for a National Health Program
- Jim Thompson, former vice-chair of the Oregon House Healthcare Committee.
