There is a HUGE loophole in Zoomcare's mental health treatment services: there is NO way to directly contact a psychiatrist/psychiatric nurse practitioner via phone. there is no way to directly contact the zoomcare office where the physician is employed. how can a psychiatrist provide ethical and comprehensive medication management without providing a way for patients to contact you?
