Sil Pienovi is President of Pienovi Healthcare, LLC, a healthcare management advisory firm in Portland, Oregon. He has served in roles as executive leader and consultant for regional health systems including Intermountain Health Care and Providence, managed care companies and physician group practices including The Portland Clinic, Children’s Health Alliance and Zoom Care.
He advises clients on strategic planning, value-based contracting between providers and health plans, forming high performance provider networks, improving financial results and developing management teams. While at Portland Clinic Coordinated Care Association he participated in the Oregon Health Leadership Council, a collaboration of health plans, health systems and physician organizations to develop practical solutions for reducing cost and addressing social determinants of health.
Sil is a graduate of Stanford University and UC Berkeley School of Public Health.
