Emily Green has more than a decade of experience as a journalist in Oregon, where much of her coverage focused on behavioral health care. This includes reporting for The Lund Report, where she served as managing editor for nearly three years from 2021 to 2024 and completed a fellowship through the Association of Health Care Journalists to report on Measure 110, Oregon's drug decriminalization law. Prior to that, Emily worked for seven years as senior staff reporter then managing editor at Portland’s weekly street paper, Street Roots.
Her work has appeared across Oregon media outlets. Emily currently works in public affairs at Oregon Metro's Housing Department. She represents only herself on the Community Advisory Board.
