Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center and Dr Lyn Jacobs make their mark in the film "The Doctor Fix" airing tonight on OPB TV. The film, which runs 1 hour in length, centers on the new normal that most doctors today are facing and the critical shortage of primary care doctors the nation is now seeing as a result. The show features doctors from all over the country, including VG's Dr Lyn Jacobs - a primary care doctor at the Cornelius Wellness Center location.
The film also includes insight from industry experts like Andrew Morris-Singer, MD and the late Mark Richardson, MD - who served as the dean of the OHSU School of Medicine until his death in September of last year.
