Umpqua Health Alliance Accepting Applications for Community Advisory Council

(Roseburg, OR) ¾ Umpqua Health Alliance is accepting applications for the Community Advisory Council. The role of the council is to give advice to the UHA board to help improve healthcare services in the community.

The council has completed a Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan and provides regular updates to the Board and the community.

The council is made up of 16 members. It includes people with special interest in education, tribal affairs, the faith community, seniors & people with disabilities, mental health & addiction and dental. Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Members and/or parents of OHP Members are given priority as vacancies are filled. Special consideration may also be given to specific age groups or others who represent the changing OHP Member population.
