The Street Trust presents the 2017 Oregon Active Transportation Summit

PORTLAND, OR — On Monday and Tuesday, March 20th and 21st, The Street Trust (formerly the Bicycle Transportation Alliance) presents the 2017 Oregon Active Transportation Summit, featuring two days of inspiring mobile workshops; plenary sessions; professional training; and networking with innovators, thought leaders, and passional professionals from the Pacific Northwest.

With The Street Trust’s focus on the Oregon Legislature’s transportation package, we’re especially excited to hear from folks on the West Coast about how to successfully fund and implement regional transportation choices that benefit everyone. 

We invite the media to attend the Summit and see how transportation professionals across the state are getting trained on the following topics: bike/ped/transit, economic benefits, designing streets for people, equity, public health, safety, and others.
