We are disappointed to learn that Health Republic Insurance of New York is closing operations. It is important to make clear that while we share a common name, we are a completely independent company. We are not financially connected to Health Republic Insurance of New York or any other CO-OP. Their closure will have no effect on our current or future operations. We are growing steadily and sustainably. We proudly provide health plans to more than 800 small businesses in Oregon.
