SouthRiver Receives National Health Quality Award

May 18, 2018

(Winston, OR, May 18, 2018) The national Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) recognized SouthRiver Community Health Center with a 2017 Quality Improvement Award for best overall performance among all health centers, placing in the top 30 percent of all HRSA-supported health centers that achieved the best overall clinical outcomes.

SouthRiver is one of only five health centers in Oregon to receive the 2017 Health Center Quality Leader award, and one of approximately 400 health centers nationally to be recognized. The award recognizes health centers for demonstrating high-quality on their clinical operations and across several performance measures, including health outcomes (such as screening and care for diabetes and high blood pressure) and the quality of care delivered.

“It’s extremely gratifying to be recognized nationally for making the highest level of care available to our community,” said Gregory Brigham, Adapt CEO. “We are extremely proud of the work being done at SouthRiver to build a comprehensive and fully-integrated system of medical and behavioral health care to serve our community.”
