Customers at Sisters have the option to pay for their $1.50 meal in cash, to use their SNAP benefits (food stamps), or to work for their meal. Sisters also has a reservation system in which customers sign up for a timeslot, are able to leave to take care of their other needs and responsibilities, and return knowing that they will be seated and served quickly and have time to enjoy their meal. Sisters believes that every person has a right to dine with dignity and to be nourished by healthy food.
