Help us get the word out to Trillium members who aren’t eligible for vision benefits through OHP!
The SeeMore vision van will provide no cost vision screenings, exams and glasses to Trillium members who are not eligible for these services through OHP. The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) provides vision benefits to children through age 20, pregnant women over the age of 21 and adults with specific medical conditions, such as aphakia or keratoconus, or after cataract surgery.
SeeMore will be in Oakridge Oct. 12, Florence Oct. 13-14 and Reedsport Oct. 15. Members should contact Trillium member services to schedule an appointment: 1-877-600-5472.
