Reisman named Service Director at LifeWorks NW

June 27, 2012 -- LifeWorks NW has announced the appointment of Joe Reisman, LPC, NCGC-II/BACC, CGAC-II, CADC-I, to the position of service director of mental health and addictions integrated outpatientservices. Reisman had been program director for LifeWorks NW adult outpatient services in Washington County, prior to his promotion. He started with the organization as a program coordinator in gamblingtreatment services in January 2006.

June 27, 2012 -- LifeWorks NW has announced the appointment of Joe Reisman, LPC, NCGC-II/BACC, CGAC-II, CADC-I, to the position of service director of mental health and addictions integrated outpatient
services. Reisman had been program director for LifeWorks NW adult outpatient services in Washington County, prior to his promotion. He started with the organization as a program coordinator in gambling
treatment services in January 2006.

Reisman received his MA from Lewis & Clark College Graduate School of Education in Portland, Oregon.  For the past several years, he has served as an educator/trainer in gambling treatment in the state of
Oregon, and continues to provide clinical supervision for New Horizon Care Center's gambling treatment program in Spokane, Washington.

"Joe has a very strong background in both adult mental health and addiction treatment services, and is a proven leader in these fields," said Mark Lewinsohn, Ph.D., Vice President of clinical Services at LifeWorks NW.  We are very excited to have him in this leadership role to continue our development of comprehensive treatment for people who have mental health, addiction, or struggle with both issues concurrently."
