The Insurance Division of the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services issued decisions on 2015 health insurance rate requests.

- The example rate shown in this chart is for a single, 40-year-old non-tobacco user who selects a standard silver plan. Standard plan benefits are the same from company to company. We are reviewing rate requests for many other plans, as well.
- Most rates are for the Portland area. However, the Atrio Health Plans, Inc. rates apply to Marion/Polk counties and the Samaritan Health Plans, Inc. rates apply to Benton/Linn counties.

- 2014 rate filings do not include a percent change. Because federal health reform brought so many changes to plans, rates in 2014 are not comparable to previous years.
