HIMSS Oregon Chapter is excited to present a discussion on implementing a data governance program, featuring Mr. Mark Stockwell from Asante and that organization’s journey toward value-based data governance in support of its population health initiatives.

Forum topics will include establishing scope, developing organizational structure, and introducing data governance into the culture and operations of a healthcare system. Attendees will gain insight into a practical approach for building a data governance program, essential techniques for overcoming cultural and fiscal challenges, and access to working tools to enable data governance in their organizations.
