PORTLAND, OR (March 8, 2017) – Oregon Reproductive Medicine (ORM), a recognized global leader in fertility, has announced the addition of Thomas E. Fisher, DO, to the ORM medical team. Dr. Fisher is a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist. Prior to joining ORM, Dr. Fisher was in private practice in Spokane.
Joining the ORM team brings Dr. Fisher full circle, having completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Portland and his doctoral work at Oregon Health & Science University. His doctoral research focused on the role of vitamin D in infertility and his findings have been published in multiple medical journals. He has presented his work at several industry conferences, including the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Endocrine Society annual meeting and the Society for Gynecologic Investigation, where he received the Giorgio Pardi Foundation SGI Plenary session prize award.
