The Oregon Pediatric Society is the state chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the leading child health advocacy and pediatric medical professional organization. OPS works in partnership with AAP, funders, and the state’s independent child health providers; medical clinics; the Oregon Health Authority; Coordinated Care Organizations; the State Legislature; public health; medical and social work university programs; hospital systems; and community organizations in behavioral health care, early learning, child services, child advocacy, and health equity. OPS strives to create an organizational culture that pursues excellence and healthcare transformation, advocating for the optimal health of all children and youth, while supporting their families and the physicians who care for them.

They are seeking an Operations and Membership Manager. The Operations and Membership Manager will work with the Executive Director to develop membership recruitment and engagement strategies, and will be responsible for the management, tracking and reporting of all data and processes related to membership recruitment, retention, and communication. This Manager will also oversee the logistics of member and board events, including the annual Continuing Medical Education conference, board meetings, and other AAP and OPS activities.
