The Oregon Center for Nursing (OCN) is pleased to announce the publication of it's latest report detailing trends in Oregon's supply of registered nurses. The report, "Characteristics of the Nursing Workforce in Oregon - 2016, provides insight into the current workforce and changes in trends over the past six years.
Nursing professionals continue to be the largest segment of health care providers in Oregon. Understanding the complexities and changing demographics of the workforce is critical as we look at policy changes and workforce planning.
