April 19, 2017

Northwest Human Services has been providing residents of Marion and Polk counties with comprehensive medical, dental, mental health and social services for over 45 years. Their programs are integrated and designed to maximize support for those in our community who need it most - the homeless, low income families, uninsured individuals, and migrant workers. They offer medical, dental and mental health services on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. No one is turned away due to their inability to pay. They are seeking a Physician. This person would coach and counsel our care teams based on established policies, procedures, protocols, and personnel policy guidelines. In that capacity, they would be expected to be familiar with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Northwest Human Services and work collaboratively to achieve them. The Physician’s role is also to help design, consistently implement, and update department and function orientations, training processes, and competency certification systems for all levels of department personnel.
