Multnomah County Elections Director Tim Scott will announce a policy development that will affect nonbinary, transgender and other gender candidates on Tuesday, March 13 at 10 a.m. at the Elections Office.
The change will affect the ballot for the May 15, 2018 Primary Election.
Tim will be joined by Venn Sage Wylde, who will discuss their personal experience as a nonbinary candidate for precinct committee person.
