The Mid-Valley Behavioral Care Network is a managed behavioral healthcare organization serving Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Members. They are directed by a partnership of consumer-advocates and service providers who offer a range of mental health and chemical dependency services in Marion and Polk Counties. Their vision is that the partnership results in accessible, high quality and cost effective services for OHP Members. Currently they are hiring for two positions in Marion County. The Behavioral Health Access Coordinator would possess strong customer service skills and knowledge of OHP eligibility requirements. They would interact with the BCN staff to provide support and tracking throughout the region. They are also looking for a Peer Network Program Coordinator. This person advances practices and attitudes that support consumer recovery and empowerment and provides staff support for Consumer Advisory Team. They would work with peer organizations to organize activities for professionals and consumers on recovery and empowerment including conferences or retreats and makes presentations about peer services to providers and general public.
