LifeWorks NW Announces New Hires

May 7, 2012 -- ‘LifeWorks NW has announced the appointment of Bonnie Holdahl, to the new position of medical services administrator for the organization. Holdahl had been serving as Health Center manager for Planned Parenthood of the Columbia Willamette.

May 7, 2012 -- ‘LifeWorks NW has announced the appointment of Bonnie Holdahl, to the new position of medical services administrator for the organization. Holdahl had been serving as Health Center manager for Planned Parenthood of the Columbia Willamette.

“I am very pleased that Bonnie Holdahl will be our new Medical Services Administrator,” said Mark Lewinsohn, Ph.D., Vice President of clinical Services at LifeWorks NW. “In this new position, Bonnie will work in tandem with our Medical Director, Dr. John Gale, in managing our medical services. She will oversee the operational functioning of our medical services and I believe her education and work experience make her a perfect fit for this position and this team.”

LifeWorks NW has also announced the appointment of John Gale, MD, PhD to the position of medical services director for the organization. Gale had been a psychiatrist for 26 years and worked at Kaiser Permanente for over 20 years before coming to LifeWorks NW in 2012.

Gale received his M.D. from the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed his PhD from Florida State University. He is a member of the Committee for Disabilities on the Group for Advancement of Psychiatry. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Oregon Health and Science University.

"Dr Gale is an outstanding psychiatrist who has a longstanding commitment and passion for providing the highest quality consumer focused psychiatric care within community mental health settings," said Mark Lewinsohn, Ph.D., Vice President of Clinical Services at LifeWorks NW. "Dr Gale is exceptionally knowledgeable psychiatrist who is committed to providing efficient and high quality care to our clients."
