January 2, 2013 - CCO Oregon takes great pleasure in announcing that United States Secretary of Health & Human Services Kathleen Sebelius will be recording remarks to be delivered at the Transforming Care 2013 conference organized by CCO Oregon. Secretary Sebelius’s remarks will conclude the two-day conference, which takes place at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland on January 8 & 9, 2013.

Secretary Sebelius is lending her voice to what should be the most informative and well-attended event centered on Coordinated Care since Coordinated Care Organizations got up and running, according to CCO Oregon Executive Director Ben Hoyne. “CCO Oregon is thrilled that Secretary Sebelius joins the long list of incredible participants for our Transforming Care 2013 conference. We look forward to providing a platform for CCOs, affiliated organizations, and community members to learn from each other, so that Coordinated Care can continue to progress and improve as we move forward in the new year” Hoyne said.   CCO Oregon thanks the elected officials, government staff, and all of its partner organizations that helped coordinate the Secretary’s participation in Transforming Care 2013.   Conference registration and detailed agenda information is available at http://www.CCOOregon.com.
