Clinic expands into 14,000 SF of office space in the Radiator at One North

Kartini Clinic, a nationally recognized clinic for the treatment of eating disorders in children and young adults, will relocate its practice to the Radiator, a new office building under construction at 3550 N. Vancouver Avenue. Kartini will occupy the Radiator’s 4th and 5th floors, a total of 14,000 SF of office space and a 2,200 SF roof deck.
The Radiator is the first of three new office buildings that will be built at the One North
development located between N. Williams and N. Vancouver Avenues at Fremont. The
Radiator is the first timber-frame office building to be built in Portland in the last 100 years.
Designed to far outperform the Oregon energy code, the 5-story, 36,000 SF building
features open floor plates, high ceilings with exposed beams, and large windows which will
provide abundant natural lighting. Kartini Clinic is expected to take occupancy in March
2015.

For Kartini Clinic, the move represents an 8,000 SF expansion of therapeutic space for its day treatment and intensive outpatient programs. This location allows the existing unique collaboration with Randall Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House (East) to continue.
