Karen Lee Appointed Executive Vice President for Strategic Business Development

Portland – FamilyCare Health announced the appointment of Karen Lee as Executive Vice President for Strategic Business Development.

Lee has more than 20 years of health care management experience in executive-level positions representing providers, health plans, and integrated delivery systems. Prior to joining FamilyCare, she was CEO of Columbia United Providers - a local managed care plan in Clark County - that has served the Medicaid population since 1994.

Lee has also been President and CEO of Highline Medical Services Organization, a not-for-profit physician-hospital organization in south King County, Market Vice President at Humana, Chief Financial Officer at FamilyCare, and the first CFO of a company now known as Rebound.

Lee’s focus will include FamilyCare’s provider network, enhancing its Medicare program, and strategic technology initiatives to support population health.
