Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Northwest Ranks Highest in J.D. Power Member Satisfaction Study

Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Northwest ranks highest in member satisfaction in the Northwest region, according to the J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Member Health Plan StudySM released this week.

Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Northwest ranks highest in member satisfaction in the Northwest region, according to the J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Member Health Plan StudySM released this week. 

Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Northwest also received the region’s highest scores in the following categories: 

·        Coverage and Benefits 
·        Cost 
·        Information and Communication 

Receiving a total of 732 points on a 1,000-point scale, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Northwest scored 61 points above the Northwest region’s average for overall member satisfaction. 

“This highest ranking is special because it represents the voice of our members and reflects our organization-wide focus on putting the member at the center of everything we do,” said Andrew McCulloch, president, Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan of the Northwest. “The J.D. Power study demonstrates our dedication to delivering high-quality, affordable health services to improve the health of our members and communities.”
