HIMSS Oregon: Interoperability Across The Continuum of Care

February 17, 2015

Portland, Oregon (February 24) –The Oregon Chapter of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) announced their quarterly Tech Talk topic for February will focus on Interoperability Across the Continuum of Care. The event will take place on Tuesday, February 24, 2015, 5:30-8:30 at the Hotel Monaco in Portland.

Interoperability is critical for ensuring that the patient moves through the continuum of care smoothly. This panel discussion will take a close look at the challenges that exist as data moves between our silo'd systems, as well as potential solutions. With perspectives shared by representatives from the state, a multi-state healthcare provider, a home health organization, and a software solution company, we expect a fruitful discussion.

Please bring your questions and join us for an informative and interactive evening with the panel. Beverages and appetizers will be provided.
