Health Share of Oregon Community Advisory Council Holds Next Meeting at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center on June 7

Agenda will include discussion on enhancing public engagement


May 28, 2013 – Engaging the community is central to health transformation, and Health Share of Oregon is committed to listening to the public and working together to improve our health. Comprised of a majority of Oregon Health Plan members, Health Share’s Community Advisory Council is central to this engagement effort.

At their monthly meeting on Friday, June 7, the Council will draft recommendations to the Board of Directors on how Health Share can enhance public engagement. Among the ideas under discussion are town hall meetings, monthly stakeholder updates, open houses and other community outreach efforts.
