October 1, 2015

Lake Oswego, Ore. (Oct. 1, 2015) – Health Republic Insurance, a non-profit health insurance carrier, announced today that it has been identified as one of the “100 Best Nonprofits to Work for in Oregon in 2015” through a confidential survey of nonprofits conducted by Oregon Business magazine. Health Republic was ranked 28th on the list of businesses with 50 or more or employees.

“This honor really belongs to our incredible staff, who have helped make Health Republic an amazing place to work,” said Dawn Bonder, president and CEO of Health Republic. “We started in 2013 with just 13 unbelievably passionate and dedicated employees, and their positivity has proven to be infectious to the dozens more who have joined our team since.”

The rankings for the “100 Best Nonprofits” list were based on the confidential input of Health Republic staff who answered 31 questions about workplace satisfaction relative to benefits, management, trust, work environment, career development, and more. The survey was developed by Oregon Business magazine in partnership with the Nonprofit Association of Oregon.
