Governor Kitzhaber announced the submittal of nominees for service on state boards and commissions. The nominees are subject to Senate confirmation. The Senate Rules Committee will hold confirmation hearings in May during Legislative Days.
“I appreciate the many talented, experienced Oregonians who have stepped up to share their knowledge on such important and wide-ranging issues,” said Governor Kitzhaber. “The entire state benefits from meaningful citizen involvement and diverse voices helping to shape Oregon’s future.”
