(Salem, OR) — Tomorrow, May 21, Governor Brown will hold a ceremonial bill signing for HB 2307, the Youth Mental Health Protection Act.
“The Youth Mental Health Protection Act will protect Oregon’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth from dangerous, discredited and unsound practices that try to suppress their sexual orientation or gender identity,” said Governor Brown.
