December 30, 2015

PORTLAND, December 30, 2015--FamilyCare Health has signed and submitted its 2016 contract amendment to the Oregon Health Authority (OHA). This amendment is part of the five year contract that all coordinated care organizations (CCOs) have with the OHA.

FamilyCare is proud to serve more than 125,000 Oregon Health Plan members living in Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington, and some parts of Marion counties.

"We have consistently stated our plan to continue coordinating high quality, integrated services to our members in 2016 and for years to come," stated Jeff Heatherington, President & CEO of the company. "While we have had our differences with the Oregon Health Authority over the past year, it has not impacted our commitment to improving the health of the individuals, families, and communities we serve."
