FamilyCare Names New Vice Presidents

April 11, 2013 – Greg Martenson was promoted to vice president of Finance for Family Care, Inc., a health plan serving people on the Oregon Health Plan and Medicare members.   Martenson, who joined FamilyCare in 2011, previously served as the director of Finance. In his new role, Martenson will oversee all financial, enrollment, and treasury activities for the Oregon-based health plan. Martenson holds an MBA from California State University - Long Beach, Calif., and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Bonaventure University in Western New York.   Dr. Dan Roth is FamilyCare’s new vice president of Integrated Services. This role is designed to maximize the relationship with FamilyCare’s patients and their provider, and the provider and FamilyCare to achieve better health, better care, and lower costs. Dr. Roth, an internist, joined FamilyCare in 2011 as the assistant medical director after serving as the medical director for Kaiser Permanente’s Salem Medical Operations. He is a graduate of the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science - Chicago Medical School, and Oregon State University.
